Do you have neck pain from staring at the computer for too long or when you had poor sleep?

There are many simple exercises that you can do to loosen up those tight muscles.

 

 

Just simply move your neck back and forth as far as you can or to the point where you feel the tension of the neck muscles.

 

Tilt your head side to side as if your ear going to touch the shoulder without moving the shoulders.

 

Rotate the neck so the chin can move over the same side of the shoulder.

 

Cross your fingers place on the back of your head and push against each other with about 10 pct of your effort. Repeat while crossed hands are placed on your forehead.

 

Place your hand on the side of the head and push against the hands. Repeat on the other side.

 

 

Remember to take a break from the screen and stretch your body! Reduce some of your pain with a couple of minutes of stretching!
