This is a wonderful gluten-free recipe, the psyllium husk has wheat, but it is gluten-free. Only 10 mins to mix the ingredients together and 50 mins in the oven Please click on this link for the recipe It is so soft and best eaten warm. The next day the rolls were still soft.

I tried making gluten-free bread rolls during my downtime before Christmas day; however, they came out like little bricks even though I had followed the recipe (Seen in the thumbnail). They had to be used to feed the chickens. LOL!
