This is a wonderful gluten-free recipe, the psyllium husk has wheat, but it is gluten-free. The next day the rolls were still soft.

I tried making gluten-free bread rolls during my downtime before Christmas day; however, they came out like little bricks even though I had followed the recipe (Seen in the thumbnail). They had to be used to feed the chickens. LOL!
