I have a patient suffering from adrenal fatigue and low motivation and mild depression. She is doing these exercises daily and has felt improvement.

“The yoga really helps. I woke up a bit down today and did yoga at 12.30pm. It must release something in my brain as I can a feeling like being on a slight high.
The two other only take 15 minutes maximum. I think I will be doing these for the rest of my life.”
