Sumac and Dukkah pumpkin.
A great dish that takes no time at all
Prepare:
- Cut pumpkin in slices.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
- Arrange on a plate
- Place a dollop of hummus or babaganoush in the centre
- Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, sumac and dukkah
