Sumac and Dukkah pumpkin.

A great dish that takes no time at all

Prepare:

  • Cut pumpkin in slices.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
  • Arrange on a plate
  • Place a dollop of hummus or babaganoush in the centre
  • Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, sumac and dukkah
