Since we are spending more time at home cooking, I thought a good recipe is in order.

When you cook the octopus, turn the heat up as soon as you get water out of it.

Heat gently for 10 mins only after the water has boiled. Do not overcook it!

Once marinated, you can chargrill it later when you are ready to eat it.  Grill the octopus in the oven grill until it looks charred.
