Winter is approaching and it is soup season again.

 

I love making soups and this is one of the tastiest if you are a fan of seafood.

 

I used 1 leek and 1 onion

2 C fennel

4 tomatoes

3 fish fillets

Garnish with flatleaf parsley

I added 1 c wine

And 1 tub of tomato paste to the stock
