2 stalks of Celery
1 Cucumber
6 thin slices ginger
3 handfuls of baby Spinach
2 apples
2 pears
1 Avocado

This is the base try it first then you may add anything you want to it.

Blend in Nutribullet
Put in Coconut water or just 1 cup water or as much as you need.
I prefer water as the smoothie is sweet and I don’t like all the excess shopping.

Drink every morning before food.
I am totally not a smoothie person and I loved it.
If you want to follow Chinese Medicine principles – DO NOT ADD ICE!
DO NOT ADD FROZEN FRUIT!
Drink at room temperature.
Drink min one 340 ml or have it throughout the day.
