Pears are still in season and there is nothing better to have at the end of a meal than poached pear.
I combined both these recipes to create my own poached pear recipe.
I added cinnamon sticks and ginger.
I reduced the sugar by half.
Garnish the pear with some granola from Woolworths.
If you have custard to pour over the pears, that would finish them off perfectly!
