I love using microgreens and hemp seed, which you can buy from Harris Farm.

 

Hemp seed is really good for you as it is rich in protein fatty acids and fibre including high amounts of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc.

You can use it in various ways, such as sprinkling it on top of your salads, using them in baking muffins or smoothies.

 

This is what I like to do:

  1. Sprinkle hemp seed over my avocado, squeeze a bit of lemon with a dash of olive oil
  2. Add microgreens on top the avocado
  3. Mix rocket leaves with the microgreens, add lemon, salt, pepper, olive oil and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
