Ingredients:

Goats cheese
Quinoa
Smoked salmon
Corn
Shitake mushrooms
Wakame
Stalk of lemongrass
Chicken stock powder

Cut corn off cob,
soak dry shitake mushrooms over night (cut into slices)

Please stalk of  lemongrass, corn, shitake, dry chicken stock 1tspoon and 1 cup of quinoa with water as per instructions on quinoa packet into the rice cooker.
Use white rice settings.

Place smoked salmon and goats cheese on plate and serve with quinoa.
